Online shopping – Why it works!

Online shopping works, Why?
We walk into a shop and see a product we like, we can assess it, touch it, feel it and hold it. Online, this immediate possibility disappears. But, is that a disadvantage? Not really.

Why it works
What does buying products online offer over one to one sales? Firstly, there are clear online facts about the product you are purchasing – from text description, pictures, user guides to product functionality videos. Secondly the buyer knows immediately about product features, the facts, quick comparison with competing products or different product from the same brand. Thirdly, access to reviews and ranking given by other peoples purchasing experiences and even friends thoughts and opinions about a product. Fourthly, discount codes, coupons and sometimes customised product you only can buy online. All this compared to a sales persons assumptions about a product, lack of or no deep information on product features. No shop offers all of the above. No wonder it works.
